Mr. John Lebonville, age 59, of East Tennessee and the Denver, Colorado area, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at his residence in Kodak, TN. John was the son of Ethel L. Geary of Fort Lupton, CO and the late Emory Joseph Lebonville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Virginia Geary.
John had an easy-going personality and a welcoming smile that was very contagious. He was truly loved by everyone who knew him. He had most recently been employed as the manager of The Village Antique and Home Décor Mall in Sevierville where he had made many friends. His deep love for animals was just another of his many wonderful traits. John was passionate about racing and was a former race car driver. He loved riding motorcycles and spent many hours on his Harley enjoying the open road.
Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother, include his sister, Judy Lebonville Shannon of Blountville, TN; his brother, Jay Lebonville of Fort Lupton, CO; Several beloved pets and his many special friends in both Tennessee and Colorado, including Darrell and Emma Horton and their family of Bristol, VA and Pamela Russell of Fort Lupton, CO.
A celebration of life service for John will be conducted at 6:15 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2017 in the River Room at The Village Antique and Home Décor Mall in Sevierville. Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family of Mr. Lebonville.
