ELIZABETHTON- Ricky Alan Wyatt, 60, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Erwin Health Care Center surrounded by his loving wife and family after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Mr. Wyatt loved playing the guitar and songwriting. He was a missionary of music for 10 years as he visited several places sharing his music. Ricky loved playing video games with his grandson, Jackson. He attended New Life Tabernacle where he played the guitar.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mattie Wyatt; brother, Jimmy Wyatt; and sister, Polly Wyatt.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Lea Wyatt; son, Chase Whittington; daughter, Robin Whittington Daniels and her husband, Billy; brother, Danny Wyatt; sister, Ruby Stroud; and is special grandson, Jackson; several brother and sister in laws; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Erwin Health Care Center, MSHA Hospice, and all of those who gave such loving care of Ricky.
