Dustin has been in the funeral business for over 10 years as he also works at Johnson - Arrowood Funeral Home in Church Hill, TN. He attended mortuary school at John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN and also Northeast State. He is married to Katie Dugger who is a RN Clinical Instructor at Milligan College. Together, they have two children, Kami (4 years old) and Owen (9 months old).

Paul is the Co-Owner of Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services. He is married to Lora Dailey and has two children, Mitchell and Matthew Dailey. Mr. Dailey has been a funeral director and embalmer for 18 years while being involved in Management for several funeral homes. Paul brings years of experience plus a compassionate heart that a family looks for in their time of need.

Vernon has been a licensed funeral director for many years as he owned his own funeral home for a number of years as well. He brings great experience to our staff and looks forward to serving the families in our community.

Over the last 13 years I have had much success within the marketing, service and customer relations industries. I have had the opportunity to work within a wide range of demographics. My drive and experience has helped me achieve numerous goals and rewards throughout my career. Although I have worked for some of the largest corporations in the nation my entrepreneurial mindset has always fueled me to find a local opportunity where I can more directly serve my community. Having the opportunity to assist in the opening of Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services will allow my attention to detail and customer relation experience to shine. This community can rely on Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services to provide a dependable, affordable and dignified funeral experience.
After moving to the Tri-Cities in 2001 I obtained both my degrees from King University. My undergraduate in Business Administration & Marketing in 2008 and my Masters of Business Administration in 2010. I met my lovely wife Kandra in 2001 and we married in 2005. Together we have two children Jaden (8) and Ava (5). My hobbies include coaching my son and his sports teams, playing golf, recreational sports and traveling with my family.

Jesse served as a minister at the Rock Church in Petersburg, Virginia for over 10 years and is currently serving as the head of the media ministry of Calvary Church in Johnson City, Tennessee. He has always had a heart to impact and reach out to the community.
In the summer of 2014, Jesse received his Bachelor’s of Science in Theology. Jesse married his childhood friend, Rebecca and they have three children, Andrew (9), Addison (6) and Levi (1). Interests and hobbies include basketball, golf, any UNC Tar Heel sport, serving his church, dating his wife, Rebecca and spending time with his three children.
